Arbitration Act 2010 - Ireland

The President of Ireland signed the Arbitration Act 2010 in March 2010. It becomes effective on June 8, 2010. This updates the former arbitration law in Ireland and repeals pre-existing Arbitration and applies to UNCITRAL. Read more here.
