Thomas Stipanowich, academic director of the Pepperdine University Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the School of Law, recently published an article in the National Law Journal on a recent study of Fortune 1,000 corporate counsel conducted by the Straus Institute in collaboration with Cornell University and the New York-based CPR Institute.
